Nestled in parkland grounds is the beautiful stately home of the Trevor family, Brynkinalt Hall. Brynkinalt has been the ancestral home of the Trevor Family since 924 and is steeped in romantic history including the royal wedding of Severa, the daughter of the Roman Emperor, Maximus, who married Gwrtheyrn Gwrthenau (Vortigern), the 82nd King of Britain.
As a wedding venue Brynkinalt can offer you the grandeur of a stately home, coupled with the flexibility and friendliness of a family home. Total privacy and seclusion is available to you and you can rest assured that there will only be one wedding at any one time.
The Hall is managed by the Hon Iain Hill-Trevor, younger brother of the 5th Baron Trevor, and his wife, Kate, who have made Brynkinalt Hall their family home.
The happy couples will have use of the ground floor of the house for the daytime and in the evening the wedding breakfast and the party will be held in a marquee on the front lawn. Couples will have the choice of 2 rooms to have their ceremony held in, the drawing room or the great hall.
Located within 5 mins of the historic town of Chirk, known as the ‘Gateway to Wales’, Brynkinalt Hall is within easy reach of bustling historic market towns of Oswestry, Shrewsbury as well as the city of Chester and Wrexham.
Brynkinalt Hall is an exclusive wedding venue and is only available for a limited number of weddings a year and there are a number of packages which include your wedding breakfast and reception party, available to you to make the planning of your big day run smoothly and more stress-free.
