All our Party Planning is done in consultation with you. After all, it’s your party, not ours!

We produce bespoke parties for those who don't want their guests to go to "just another birthday party". Everything we do is tailored to create truly memorable days for you and your guests.

At Xuberance we take the time, stress and hassle out of arranging a party. Many of our clients have very busy lifestyles, which is why from the moment you pick up the phone to us, you will be assigned your own project manager to ensure that your every need is catered for.

We can provide theming and dressing, along with magicians, casinos, chocolate fountains, fire eaters, entertainment & DJs, professional lighting design... the list goes on and on!

Theming is not the only element of dressing a space; our creative directors are specialists in creating a party or celebration for any occasion. Our in-house creative team will discuss your requirements, design a concept and then realise it in your venue - be it home, garden, marquee, hotel … wherever you choose.

We can provide marquees and furniture for any special occasion you have in mind. Whether you are looking for a wedding in your back garden, or for us to find an appropriate site and erect a marquee, it will be managed by professionals from conception to completion.

We produce lots of parties every year and we can often get much better prices from venues and suppliers than if you approach them directly. That’s another great reason to use us as events organiser or party planner to produce your event.
